Our Latest Endorsements:
"I worked with Lisa on a major IRS estate tax appraisal.  She Is efficient, reliable, meticulous and prompt.  Her reputation among my colleagues in estate planning is exceptionally favorable.  I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of her report and the fairness of her invoice. I recommend her professional services with unequivocal enthusiasm."

“Lisa did a fantastic job working with my clients on an immense equitable distribution appraisal of rare antiquities.  Due to the delicate relationship of all parties involved and the location of the objects, this appraisal required knowledge of the antiquities and skill in making a number of individuals feel comfortable.  Lisa handled the entire situation with ease and grace and prepared a first rate appraisal.  I will certainly call her again for matters such as this.”
- Durham attorney
"Heirloom Estates expertly guided me through the appraisal and management of a taxable estate with contents exceeding $1 million. Lisa brought a high level of discretion, market insight, and professionalism, assisting not only with accurate valuations but also with the strategic sale of rare antiquities and fine furniture. She skillfully leveraged her network to place items with a national auction house, a respected regional firm, private collectors, and select consignment venues—ensuring each piece found the right market. Lisa is exceptionally knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and reliable, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel organized, efficient, and well-managed from start to finish."
- Raleigh client
"Heirloom Estates recently assisted me in placing a significant contemporary artwork with one of the world’s leading auction houses, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Lisa and her associate conducted a thorough in-home review, carefully documenting every detail of the piece with both professionalism and respect for its importance. She then approached several top-tier auction houses, strategically selecting the best fit and negotiating highly favorable terms—ultimately saving me more than $100,000.

What stood out most was the level of care and discretion throughout the process. This was a deeply sentimental piece, and I felt fully supported every step of the way. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend Heirloom Estates to anyone seeking expert appraisal and brokerage services handled with integrity, intelligence, and a truly personalized touch."
